This issue affects the function shell_exec in the library app/Lib/Export/OpendataExport.php of the component Parameter Handler. Upgrading to version 2.4.148 eliminates this vulnerability. The upgrade is hosted for download at github.com. Applying the patch e36f73947e741bc97320f0c42199acd1a94c7051 is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at github.com. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be upgrading to the latest version.
