Server availability
Prophaze verifies that your servers respond to HTTP network connection attempts with Health Check Monitoring. If a real server responds to connection attempts the load balancer continues to send sessions to it. If a real server stops responding to connection attempts the load balancer assumes that the server is down and does not send sessions to it and send an alert to your SEIM.
The health check monitor configuration determines how the load balancer tests the real servers. You can use a single health check monitor for multiple load balancing configurations.
DNS failover
DNS Failover keeps sites and web services online in the event of system or network issues. This is done by moving DNS traffic from one IP address to another IP address that you have running at another location.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”6894″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
