A vulnerability was found in libsixel up to 1.8.4 and classified as problematic. This issue affects an unknown functionality in the library stb_image.h of the component PSD File Handler. Upgrading to version 1.8.5 eliminates this vulnerability. The upgrade is hosted for download at github.com. Applying the patch 0b1e0b3f7b44233f84e5c9f512f8c90d6bbbe33d is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at github.com. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be upgrading to the latest version.
