Exiv2 up to 0.27.4 Command-Line Argument denial of service

A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Exiv2 up to 0.27.4 (Image Processing Software). Affected by this issue is an unknown code block of the component Command-Line Argument Handler. Upgrading to version 0.27.5 eliminates this vulnerability. Applying a patch is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at github.com. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be upgrading to the latest version.
