What if I subscribe to another plan in the middle of an ongoing plan?
Your additional zone will be charged for the pro-rata time used for the selected plan. For example:
1) Your first zone is subscribed to a paid plan on the 10th of the month and you add a second zone on the 20th day of a 30 day month
2) You will be charged an additional (20/30) * price of the second plan
3) On the next billing cycle (10th of the next month) you will be charged the full price for both plans

Can I use Prophaze if I am using other vendor’s DNS?
Yes. Here's how to add your domain to Prophaze while managing your DNS on other vendor:
1) Log in to your other vendor’s account and navigate to the DNS management screens.
2) Disable the other vendor HTTP service for the domain. (Typically an Prophaze logo indicates that you are using Prophaze's HTTP services.)
3) Add your domain to Prophaze.
4) Use the DNS instructions provided by the Prophaze Add Site wizard to configure your DNS entries on Other vendor.

What determines the total amount billed?
We have a WAF pricing calculator on our website https://prophaze.com/cloud-security-platform/ . It takes into account No. of domains, hosting providers etc. to calculate the price. You can also get in touch with our sales team if you require a customized pricing range.
How many domains can I add with a Free WAF plan?
You can add only 1 domain with our FREE plan.
How do you determine the domain pricing?
We charge on “each domain” basis including sub domains. For every domain, a certain negotiated amount is charged. For e.g., xyz1.com and a.xyz1.com will be charged separately.
When’s my next billing date?
When you make your first payment, the next billing will recur on the same date of next month. For e.g. If you made a payment on Feb 10, the next payment will be due on March 10
Will Prophaze add latency to my website?
Not at all! In fact, Prophaze will speed up your application traffic and consume less bandwidth and computing.
My website has more than one IP address, what now?
Prophaze WAF works on a layer 7 load balancer, enabling it to handle multiple IPs and multiple data centers.
