Affected is the function tf.raw_ops.ResourceScatterDiv of the component Binary Handler. Upgrading to version 2.3.4, 2.4.3, 2.5.1 or 2.6.0 eliminates this vulnerability. Applying a patch is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at github.com. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be patching the affected component.
