Finance Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to lead our financial planning and management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate finance practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and cost control efforts while ensuring financial health.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee fundraising and capital structuring initiatives.
- Finalize statutory accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Implement effective cash flow management strategies.
- Drive cost control and rationalization efforts.
- Prepare and present annual accounts and financial reports.
Requirements:
- CA or MBA in Finance (mandatory).
- Experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with RazorPay or Zoho ERP systems is preferred; familiarity with other modern ERP systems is also acceptable.
